If you could sell just those, it would be appreciated. Thank you." was ambiguous, as many people buy optical frames without lenses in order to make sunglasses out of them by installing sunglass lenses. We did not realize you meant clip-ons. This incident shall be resolved immediately.

The Bvlgari frames I ordered were backordered for almost 3 months (from the factory- not the fault of VisionGlasses). Vision Glasses kept me in touch until they were received from Italy. Then they rushed them to me with the prescription lenses put in (very quickly). I just received them and the lens workmanship is excellent. These glasses were well worth the wait. Their prices are also better than some other vendors on the Web. I definitely recommend Vision Glasses if you want fashionable frames at a great price.

On july 31 I received an e-mail stating that they could not validate my credit card and requesting that I faxe them copy of both sides of the credit card and a copy of my drivers license (I frequently buy goods through the internet and this has never occur before).

It was an overall positive experience. It was hard to contact the company to ask questions (they did not answer the phone but had an answering machine/voice mail service). However, the website order-form had room for questions and a friendly and helpful representative called back. The glasses were slow to reach me, but were within the time frame the company estimated. (Maybe they just seemed slow to arrive because I was anxious to recieve them!)

I was a little annoyed that it didnt say that you also had to send/fax pictures of your credit card and other various particulars. This extended the processing of my order with one week. This store provided the lowest prices for the frames that I was looking for (less than $50 shipped v. $135 quoted by my optometrist). Although I was in no rush to receive the frames, I did not receive any correspondence from them other than the automated order confirmation that I received when I first placed the order. For example, I did not receive a tracking number. Since I did not receive my frames within 10 business days, I e-mailed their customer service. It was only then that I received the tracking information. The frames arrived 2 or 3 days later via UPS. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. I feel that I received the best possible price for the item that I was purchasing, although I would have liked a little bit more customer service from their end. In my opinion, if youre looking for a good price and are not in a huge rush, order from them.

Tor example, I couldnt find an option to order frames without custom lenses. And when two items I ordered were discontinued, I didnt find out until the shipment of the one item arrived. But theyre a great merchant -- reliable and professional -- it seems like these little web technical bugs should be easy to fix.

We purchased a pair of designer glasses frames (with no prescription lenses) from Vision Glasses. We had shopped locally in the Detroit area, and found this make and model for $309.00 locally for the frames and included magnetic sunglasses clip alone. We searched on Google and eBay for the same frames, and found them for approximately $105.00. We bought them from Vision Glasses for $48.00 plus shipping, which included the frames, sunglasses clip, and Designer case. An excellent deal. The Vision Glasses website to allow 7 days for shipping, and the package arrived exactly 7 days later. We had to call Vision Glasses on their toll free number, as it was not clear how to select the desired size frames. The person who answered the phone was very helpful, and indicated that we should request the size in the remarks area. We are very pleased with this purchase, and we will definately use Vision Glasses next time we need frames.

Vision Glasses operates a first class service. I had a special order Cazal frame, which was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks to receive. I received them within a month. I had many reservations about purchasing authentic Cazal glasses over the internet, but vision glasses made the process extremely easy and stress free. I would not hesitate on ordering glasses with them again. Actually, they will be my first choice when doing so.

I purchased a complete pair of high end designer prescription eyeglasses from Vision Glasses, both lens & frames. I initially called prior to placing the order and spoke with customer service to make sure they had the pair that I wanted in stock & they verified that they were able to get them. I then placed my order and within 6 business days I had recieved my order. Prescription was correct, the eyeglasses came with all the proper packing, case, cloth, box authenticity papers, but they were not the correct style frame. I phoned customer service to try to clarify what had happened. It turned out there was huge miscommunication between the manufacturer and customer service @ VisionGlasses. They would not be able to get the frames that I had ordered. They offered me a refund / exchange for a different pair. But I could not go another week without glasses to see with and I opted to keep them. I asked if they would offer me a discount on my next pair as an incentive to shop with them again and they extended a future discount to me. They said they would send me a confirmation of this via email, but I have not recieved it as of yet, this was 1 week ago. I called to follow up and was told that they were working on it. VisionGlasses does good work on your prescription & as per their policy, turns around your order within 7 business days. Their items are authentic and at a good price. But I believe that the communication could be better within customer service & with their clients. If you extend a courtesy to your customers, it should be honored.

I purchased a pair of Gucci eyeglass frames. First of all they arrived late, and on top of that, the order was incomplete. The ad posting said it came with an eyeglass cleaner (which it did not) and after receiving them the cleaning cloth was not included. After inquiring with Customer Service (who did not reply to me until the 3rd time I wrote in) they said that they did not include an eyeglass cleaner. What real designer frame does NOT include an eyeglass cleaner? Needless to say, you get what you pay for - therefore I am never purchasing from this retailer again.
