We offer up to 2 (two) exchanges free of charge (shipping only is paid by the customer).
All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.. Open contact lenses are not returnable. The refunding process may take up to four weeks.
Warranty:
VisionGlasses.com provides warranties against manufacturer's defects in materials and/or workmanship for one year.
Returns:
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), on your invoice state the reason for return, your name, and the shipping address and mail your package back to us via US Mail Return Receipt. We recommend to use the option at the Post Office to have a delivery confirmation for an additional $0.35 or insuring your package. Ask your Post Office representative for more details.
